TESTING THE MARKET
When clients are completely new to the region the main concern is uncertainty. This is when the lean methodologies we apply are at their best. We design a series of actions to test hypotheses, confirm Product Market Fit in these markets and validate the strategy.

GROWTH
When clients are familiar with the region and have confirmed PMF they then require a stable presence to build momentum. We typically recommend a beachhead strategy using Hong Kong as a base to find the right partners and Key Accounts, and leveraging it to unlock regional markets. Clients need a presence but having this presence through traditional means can require several staff and can end up being quite expensive too early into the project. To tackle these challenges we build flexible part-time teams with the right balance of skills, to drive cost-effective growth.

REGIONAL EXPANSION

Once the client is familiar with these markets, growth has gathered momentum and the opportunity is clear, the moment comes to make a stronger commitment to have a solid presence setting up a regional HQ from which to tackle all the other markets. The key here is to avoid operational bottlenecks, blend correctly local practices and company culture and continue to open up markets.
