01 / Which markets do you cover?
Our experts and managers have extensive experience across all major Asian markets but we are particularly strong in the Hong Kong market and specialise in how to leverage it to expand in the region.
02 / Who are your clients?
Most of our clients are tech companies, in particular startups and scaleups in need of fast expansion but we have also worked with SMEs and Corporates expanding in the region. Most of our clients are Western firms working in PropTech, Fintech, Robotics, eCommerce and Tourism.
03 / What size of projects you work with?
Our services are designed to adjust to almost any project. Some clients approach us when they have zero knowledge about Asian markets, in those cases we focus on actions that confirm Product Market Fit, reduce uncertainty and validate the strategy. These tend to be small, fast, very cost effective.

Others clients have a solid experience, substantial budgets and a very clear idea of what they are trying to achieve and they simply need help implementing it effectively.
In those cases projects are much more ambitious and include all aspects of our service. We typically integrate into their team, often as Interim Head of Asia or other senior regional positions and direct all regional initiatives reporting to headquarters until the new structure is able to function on its own.
